During his time at Meta, Andrew played an integral role in M1-D2 leadership recruiting for their Product, Infra, and AI/ML groups. While at LinkedIn, he led high-volume Software Engineer (SWE) hiring pipelines for LinkedIn Talent Solutions and LinkedIn Sales Solutions, resulting in a nearly 200% attainment of hiring goals. Additionally, Andrew brings experience hiring internationally including EMEA and LATAM.
